Bullying is NOT Ok!

Bullying is such a serious issue in our schools!

I was once bullied myself as a young teenager, and remember vividly, the fear I felt on a daily basis, not knowing if the local neighborhood bully was going to hassle me or one of my friends.

As the owner of Samurai Karate Studio, a martial arts school that teaches a traditional style of karate, I am passionate about helping both children and adults learn how to deal with bullies.
